Stillpoint is a breathing and meditation app for iPhone. Your privacy matters to us, so we built the app with a simple principle: your data stays on your device.

What we collect

Almost nothing. Stillpoint does not require an account, does not track you, and does not collect personal information through the app.

Here is exactly what we do and don't collect:

• Personal information: Not collected. No name, email, or phone number is required to use the app.
• Usage data: Not collected. We do not track which features you use, how often you open the app, or how long your sessions are.
• Location: Not collected.
• Health data: Not collected.
• Analytics: None. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs.
• Advertising: None. There are no ads in Stillpoint and no ad-related tracking.
• Crash reports: We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash data through Apple's standard crash reporting. This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to fix bugs.

Email signups

If you sign up for launch notifications on our website (getstillpoint.app), we collect your email address through Loops, our email service provider. This email is used only to notify you about the app launch and is not shared with anyone else. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Purchases

Stillpoint is a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details, credit card number, or billing address.

Data storage

All app data (your settings, preferences, and practice history) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

Third-party services

Stillpoint does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and payment processing. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Loops (website only): For email signup on our landing page. See Loops' Privacy Policy.

Tracking and App Tracking Transparency

Stillpoint does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not participate in ad tracking of any kind.

Children's privacy

Stillpoint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, there is no children's data to manage.

Security

All communication between the app and Apple's services uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Since we don't collect or transmit your personal data, there is minimal security risk associated with using Stillpoint.

Your rights

Since we don't collect personal data through the app, there is typically nothing to request access to or delete. If you signed up for email notifications on our website, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
