These terms govern your use of Stillpoint, a breathing and meditation app for iPhone. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app
Stillpoint is a guided breathing and meditation app available as a one-time purchase on the Apple App Store. It is designed to help with sleep, relaxation, and focus through breathing techniques and ambient sounds.
Purchase and license
When you purchase Stillpoint through the Apple App Store, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
- One-time purchase: Stillpoint is a single payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or in-app purchases required to use the app's features.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. See Apple's refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Stillpoint for its intended purpose: personal breathing and meditation practice. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
Health disclaimer
Stillpoint is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
- The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- If you have a respiratory condition, heart condition, or any health concern, consult your doctor before using breathing exercises.
- If you experience dizziness, discomfort, or any adverse effects while using the app, stop immediately.
Content and intellectual property
All content in Stillpoint — including but not limited to the user interface, sounds, graphics, animations, and text — is owned by Stillpoint and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Stillpoint name, logo (Enso mark), and associated branding are trademarks of Stillpoint.
Availability
We aim to keep Stillpoint available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillpoint and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
